If the farm does not have an owner, at least one dog must be left to occupy the farm for a period of 3 days and that dog will be locked during that time and cannot be sold or bred. When the time is up, get a farm and unlock that dog.

10% discount on breeding fees
Reduce breeding time by 10%.
Use it as a base to send dogs to occupy stars or farm on other planets.
